Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Mid-Level Procurement Agent to join the Technical Services Center of Excellence team in Fairfax, VA or Annapolis Junction, MD. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Mid-Level Procurement Agents. This position will require the support of sourcing strategies, subcontract negotiation, the documentation of contracts and agreements, and the preparation and execution of proprietary information agreements and strategic contracts. It will also require the communication of performance expectations and use of metrics to evaluate, monitor, and improve supplier performance. Position Responsibilities:

Work Location: This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): $64,600 - $79,800 Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): $79,900 - $98,700 Applications for this position will be accepted until Jun. 25, 2025 Export Control Requirements: This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
