Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Manufacturing Manager (Level K) (2nd Shift) to join our HEAATT Machining team in Everett, WA. This is a 2nd Shift position the operating hours are 2:30 pm till 11 pm Monday-Friday. This will have rotating weekend coverage is approximately every six weeks.

The selected candidate will be working in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the HEATT organization.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
  • Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
  • Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees.


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
  • 3+ year of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
  • 3+ year of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
  • Domestic and international travel as needed


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
  • 3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment and/or business unit team
  • 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
  • 3+ year of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)

Summary pay range (Level K) $115,300 - $122,000
