Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer (Level 4) to join our multi-disciplinary team within BGS Core Engineering. This role reports directly to the Senior Leader of Design Practices, Processes & Compliance. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and deploying engineering quality and compliance initiatives that support capability teams across the BGS Engineering value stream including Government Services, Commercial Mods, Government Training, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams. Responsibilities include standardizing and optimizing engineering processes aligned with the Quality Management System (QMS), advancing process excellence through data analytics, addressing technical trends and root causes, and supporting business critical initiatives through executive-level presentations and reporting. The candidate will also help accelerate QMS adoption and maturity across engineering organizations. This position requires frequent collaboration with senior engineers and engineering leadership to resolve complex challenges and answer critical inquiries. The ability to influence, build consensus, and provide technical guidance across multiple stakeholders is essential. Demonstrated agile, innovative and strategic thinking will be key to success, particularly in developing new requirements from cross-functional inputs.
