The Boeing Global Talent, Development & Employee Experience organization has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Survey Research Specialist to join our team in Seattle, WA or Charleston, SC. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support survey research project management, data collection, operations, data analysis and results visualization and delivery, ensuring the smooth execution of our survey research initiatives. The Survey Research Specialist will support all aspects of survey research administration, management, execution and operations, including the management of survey implementation, data collection, data analysis, and survey data dashboard administration. This role involves defining project scope, developing and managing project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring research deliverables meet quality standards. The specialist will also analyze complex survey data sets and generate actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making. Additionally, the specialist will provide training and support to colleagues on using the survey research platform, troubleshoot technical issues related to survey deployment and data collection, and manage escalations related to survey operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical experience using survey research platforms (e.g., Qualtrics), a strong understanding of survey methodologies, and experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative survey data.
