Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Associate Supply Chain Management Specialist (Level 2) to join our Supply Chain Work Movement Integrations team in Everett, WA.

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a motivated Supply Base Management Specialist to support the evolution and stabilization of the Work Movement process across BCA and the Enterprise. On the Work Movement Integrations team, you will work with all BCA stakeholders and across the Enterprise to help evolve Boeing's work movement management into the world's best. This job role will require creativity, problem solving, strong project management, and the ability to work collaboratively. In this role you will work with SQL, data analytics, tableau, etc. We are directly aligned to The Boeing Company's stability initiatives and this position will have a direct effect on our business units' priorities.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Participates in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
  • Gathers and reviews data for use in supplier performance evaluations.
  • Identifies and communicates potential risks and issues.
  • Provides support in the development of mitigation plans.
  • Deploys operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance.
  • Supports the development and implementation of supplier project plans.


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience in a Manufacturing or Operations environment
  • 1+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to travel up to 10%


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
  • 1+ years of experience Managing supplier performance
  • 1+ years of experience with the application of improvement methodologies (Lean, Theory of Constraints and/or Six Sigma, systematic problem solving) to achieve measurable results
  • 1+ years of experience with strategy development and execution

Summary pay range (Level 2): $ 80,100 - $ 93,100
