The Boeing Company is currently seeking an F/A-18 and EA-18G Software Engineering Manager to join the Software Organization located in Berkeley, MO. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization. The ideal candidate will lead the Advanced Mission Systems (AMS) team of engineers developing real-time embedded software for the F/A-18 in an agile, collaborative environment. Engineers on the team develop software that is responsible for the F/A-18 & EA-18 G's advanced mission system capabilities. Additionally, you will serve as a business owner on one of the program's agile release trains. You will work closely with Program Management to perform on our contracts and have frequent customer interactions. The selected candidate will also help set up the additional scope of work to be performed in Daytona Beach and will manage cross-site communications.
