Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Quality Engineering and Program Manager to join our Air Dominance - Air Proprietary 1 team in Mesa, AZ! This position will be on 1st shift with 2nd shift availability required and will follow a 9/80 working schedule. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future depending on the business needs This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This Quality Management position is a key member of the leadership team and is located at the Boeing site in Mesa, Arizona. This position is looking for a detail oriented, highly organized change agent to lead a team of Inspection Professionals through the development and implementation of technical strategies to bolster compliance, repeatability, and sustainability within the Quality Organization. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports. Position Responsibilities:
