The Product Security Functional Chief Engineer's office (PSEFO) is looking for a Senior Model Based Product Security Engineer (PSE) to join our Digital Engineering team. The position is hybrid and has possible work location options of Oklahoma City, OK, Hazelwood MO, Huntsville AL , Plano TX, Charleston SC, or Herndon VA. The PSEFO Digital Engineering team is responsible for researching, defining, designing, creating, and sustaining tools, processes, and digital capabilities for Product Security Engineers (PSEs) across the Boeing company to use in creating secure and resilient products and services. In this role you will lead our PSEFO Digital Engineering team in creating technologies using the latest in Model Based Engineering (MBE) and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Working with the PSEFO Digital Engineering Lead you will help design, build, test, and deploy models, processes, templates etc. to PSEs and programs throughout the enterprise. The work you do will impact the safety, security, and resilience of dozens of major Boeing programs, products, and services. Of note is the Boeing Model Based Security (MBSec) Solutions Kit (SK) capability. In this role you will work with the MBSec Development Lead and Technical Lead to implement new MBSec SK capabilities, ensure MBSec SK quality, and help programs deploy the MBSec SK. This role will leverage critical experience in cybersecurity engineering, system security engineering, systems analysis, adversity and risk analysis, system architecture, MBSE or related systems and software engineering, and test & evaluation. The objective of this effort is to deploy solutions and directives that increase the quality and level of the security, resiliency, and assurance of our products, while decreasing the complexity and cost to perform recurring activities. You will be joining a team of advanced engineers working across Boeing, that are jointly developing best practices, techniques and tools, and a community to draw upon to deliver best value to our customers. This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
