The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Business Operations Division Lead to join the team in Seattle, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Kent, WA; or North Charleston, SC.

Join our team as a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Lead, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Engineering and Product Support (E&PS) team.

In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with various product teams and executive leaders to align E&PS objectives and key results (OKRs) with organizational priorities. Your expertise will enable you to coach and consult with key leaders, empowering our teams to excel in their roles and drive success across the organization.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develops and manages multiple, complex information technology (IT) project plans and deliverables
  • Provides input to determine complex project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle
  • Negotiates changes to project baselines
  • Conducts design reviews
  • Manages the incorporation of quality management systems for IT projects
  • Monitors project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Identifies and negotiates for necessary resources to meet project goals
  • Develops and executes project communication plans
  • Leads activities to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Identifies need for vendor-provided products and services
  • Coordinates and oversees supplier activities


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Leadership, Product Operations, Product Management or Agile Project Management role
  • 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP/PMI) Certification
  • Current PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including MS Project
  • Experience in IT SOX compliance, including knowledge of IT controls, frameworks (e.g., COSO, NIST), and related regulatory requirements
  • Experience with risk and compliance tools and technologies, along with proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for analyzing compliance data and generating insights

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $117,300 - $170,200
