The Boeing Company's Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) organization is currently seeking a Senior Executive Support End User Specialist to join the Infrastructure & Operations, End User Support team in Seattle, WA. As an End User Specialist for Executive Services, you will have excellent people, communication, technical and organizational skills, with a successful track record of accountability for end-to-end service delivery of Boeing enterprise product tools and capabilities and have a passion to provide excellent customer service and end user experience. The Executive Services team delivers consultative services, technical assistance and professional support to Boeing executives and their support staff. They provide end-to-end support for a variety of technology needs for on-site and off-site, high-visibility events, as well as support for executive-user computing and mobile devices. The selected candidate will also be assigned and responsible for a set of company executives and their staff support (Executive Office Administrators) to identify and define customer needs, understand the solution context, and provide best in class/white glove service to your customer set.
