With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client & Group Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Carrier & TPA Relations: Serve as the main liaison with carriers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) for issue resolution and updates.
- Technology Support: Provide backup support in building and deploying benefits administration portals, assisting with carrier feed implementations, and providing client training as necessary.
- Renewal Management: Lead pre-renewal strategy and planning for all clients with 50 or more FTE employees, schedule meetings, conduct marketing, provide plan analysis, and make recommendations based on client needs. Facilitate smooth transition of carriers by setting clear expectations (Master applications, delivery of employee ID cards, deductible credit, etc)
- Open Enrollment: Oversee the final review of client materials, including benefits administration portals, and manage or document Open Enrollment meetings.
- OE Wrap-up/Finalization: Serve as the client liaison to complete contracts, reconcile OE, and update the EPIC system. Lead post-enrollment audit process.
- Claims & Billing Escalations: Handle complex billing issues and VIP member service requests, ensuring resolution and client satisfaction.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with all ERISA, ACA and DOL employee benefit compliance (COBRA, Section 125, Form 5500, CMS reporting, Medicare Part D Credible Coverage, Non-Discrimination Testing, ACA Safe Harbor calculation, ACA Reporting, PICORI, Annual Notices, Distribution of SBCs, etc.), including managing carrier contracts and documents.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits administration, all employee benefits products, claims processing, claims filing, and employee benefit compliance regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in benefits administration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $100K to 110K per year.
