The Boeing Company's Workforce Planning and Intelligence organization is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Workforce Specialist to join the team in Berkeley, MO, Auburn, WA, Renton, WA, Everett, WA or North Charleston, SC.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide insights to support effective talent management and resource allocation.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) leadership and business units to understand workforce needs and develop strategic workforce plans that align with organizational objectives
  • Analyze workforce data, including headcount, turnover rates, and skills gaps, to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
  • Assist in the development of workforce forecasting models to predict future staffing needs based on business growth, market trends, and operational changes
  • Support the implementation of talent acquisition strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to meet current and future demands
  • Conduct regular assessments of workforce capabilities and identify areas for development and training to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders, summarizing workforce planning initiatives, findings, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of workforce planning with overall business strategies and objectives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to workforce planning and talent management


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience executing strategic workforce planning strategies
  • Experience with workforce planning methodologies and tools
  • Experience developing and presenting executive level presentations/briefings

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $80,750 - $117,300
