The Boeing Company for an Associate Treasury and Risk Analyst to join the team in Renton, Washington.

The Associate Treasury and Risk Analyst role is on the Enterprise Credit Risk (ECR) team.

The successful candidate's primary responsibilities will be:
  • Coordinating and communicating with Boeing's suppliers and Supply Chain organization to support ECR's credit risk management responsibilities
  • Leading collection and validation of financial statements and data from our suppliers
  • Validating corporate (legal entity) structures
  • Coordinating with Supply Chain representatives to support ECR's credit processes


A successful analyst in this role will have strong communication and organizational skills as well as formal education in Finance, financial statement analysis.

Progression within the role will include opportunities for development and training in financial statement and credit analysis, enhancing credit risk assessment skills. As opportunities within the team arise, the analyst will be given the opportunity to apply those skills in the team's core work statement - credit risk assessments of Boeing's supply base.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Assists with monitoring and evaluating supplier and customer financial strength and performance as well as investment opportunities
  • Assists with activities related to issuance of corporate debt to include performing basic financial forecasting
  • Supports audits and compliance activities
  • Supports data collection on macro-economic conditions, strategy development and investments to mitigate risks/maximize opportunities
  • Gathers data to support investment strategies
  • Maintains online banking user credentials in simple systems
  • Collects supplier financial statements
  • Responds to supplier and Supply Chain inquiries
  • Conducts pre-contract assessments to determine suppliers' financial ability to support work statements
  • Conducts regular financial health checks of critical suppliers to provide early warning of financial failure


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
  • Experience creating Financial Statements in accordance with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong follow through and persistence

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $68,000 - $92,000
