The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Estimating and Pricing Specialist (Experienced or Senior) to join the team in San Antonio, TX or Hazelwood, MO. As the primary estimating focal for the VC-25B program you will be responsible for the development of Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) compliant cost/price estimates in support of United States Government (USG) proposals. You will serve as the primary focal and lead on compliant and adequate labor Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for all estimating methods/methodologies with emphasis on data driven methods and well supported documentation for the VC-25B platform. This position will also be responsible for pricing labor, material, and Inter-organizational Work Transactions (IWTs) estimates via the Pro-Pricer system. You will be assigned to more complex proposals, working with cross-functional proposal teams, other Boeing Business unit (IWT's) throughout the entire proposal process to include customer requirements evaluation, development of estimating strategies and instructions; collaborate with various functions that contribute to contract scope to develop high fidelity and quality cost and price estimates that meet proposal quality governance expectations; and provide fact finding and negotiations support with expert estimating knowledge, supporting data, cost risk and opportunity analysis up to contract award.
