The Jeppesen Data Delivery team is currently looking for one Aviation Specialist Data Delivery (Virtual) Early Career, Experienced, or Senior. This position will focus on supporting the Data Services & Digital Operations business. The Aviation Specialists within the Data Delivery organization are responsible for analyzing aeronautical customer data requests for extract and parameter maintenance, certain subscription maintenance and delivery of NavData to Flight Management Systems and charting and enroute data to the Electronic Flight Bag.

A successful candidate will understand the importance first pass quality, meeting customer commitments, team work and collaboration.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for analyzing aeronautical customer data requests
  • Creates and maintains aviation parameter information within various extracts and packaging applications
  • Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or cyclic updates for electronic products
  • Enters subscription information for some products
  • Reviews integrity reports and warning reports created by production systems and extract tools.
  • Investigates potential issues and communicates with business partners
  • Coordinates data imports and/or exports for applicable production tools
  • Ensures all customer delivery commitments are met
  • Understanding of Charting or NavData coding
  • Supports development efforts to new and existing products and production systems
  • Exercise critical thinking and innovative problem solving
  • Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way
  • Able to work holidays that fall on delivery days
  • May work overtime due to workload or urgent requests


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Knowledge of navigation information production processes and tools
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years experience of navigation information production processes and tools
  • 5 years experience of navigation information production processes and tools
  • 3+ years of experience with Charting and/or NavData processes and workflow
  • 3+ years of experience using one or more of the following: JAD, Microstation, Aspen, BPM, PDM
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience training peers
  • 5+ years of experience with Charting and/or NavData processes and workflow
  • 5+ years of experience using one or more of the following: JAD, Microstation, Aspen, BPM, PDM
  • Successful implementation of process improvement ideas
  • Experience mentoring
  • Experience troubleshooting systems and systemic issues

Summary pay range:

Level 1 $45,900.00-$62,100.00

Level 2 $56,100.00-$75,900.00

Level 3 $65,450.00-$88,550.00
