The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Software Engineer (Mid-Level, Senior) to join the Bixby OCC team located in Seal Beach, CA. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible to address all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements and interface definition, design, development, and integration of embedded software for space-based applications, and product maintenance. Support formal qualification testing, including software test description generation and test script generation using TCL and python. Ability to effectively communicate with internal customers during development and after product release. Responsible for several parallel tasks as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team of systems and software engineers.
