The Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) Organization is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to partner with Product Security Engineering as part of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) executing the product security work for the E-7A program in Tukwila, WA. This critical position will leverage and benefit from experience in program planning, organization and execution, proposals, multi-discipline engineering & analysis, strategic thinking, and talent management. You will be joining a Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) IPT, working with Product Security Managers, Product Security Engineers, other Engineering disciplines and all program functions. You will be responsible for the execution of the product cybersecurity statement of work, utilizing the integrated team to deliver secure and resilient products and services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of performance in systems, product security and/or software engineering and leadership, and operating throughout the course of the engineering and operations lifecycles. Successful candidates are highly motivated and exhibit strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively with external customers and subcontractors in a multi-site and multi-discipline program and environment. Candidates are expected to be strong advocates for product cybersecurity, the implementation of policies and procedures on Boeing programs, and educate program leadership on the importance and requirements of product security when needed. Experience with model-based engineering is preferred. Position Responsibilities:
