Job Title: Sr. Project Superintendent-Architectural Focus

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work with project manager to ensure implementation of safety program, including integrating safety program into all site plans and procedures and adhering to all safety and record keeping requirements.
- Supervise, direct, coach, train and mentor the project team including direct and indirect reports.
- Communicate with own forces and trades and ensure that performance, productivity, quality and safety requirements are met.
- Consistently collaborates with construction/project manager and project team.
- Proactively manage potential problems, work interferences and schedule conflicts/setbacks.
- Liaise between field engineers, estimators and subcontractors to ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with client, other site contractors, union and labor relations, and site and office representatives.
- Visualize an entire project, plan and create the complete project schedule, identify the critical path, and anticipate constructability issues.
- Develop and implement Project Execution Plan (PEP) and resource-loaded three-week lookahead schedules.
- Create, maintain, and execute the project plan and schedule, and ensure compliance with budget and quality.
- Review and understand the contract and subcontracts and develop a plan that identifies and mitigates risks and maximizes opportunities to ensure that all financial targets, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability levels are met.
- Maintain project administration correspondence and comply with documentation requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.
- Value and model the solution provider and profitability culture.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be 177,000.00 - 220,000.00 USD annualized.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Requires a High School Diploma and 10 years of experience in job offered or 10 years of experience in the Related Occupation

SALARY RANGE: $177,000 to $220,000/year
