Commercial Lines Account Executive

Trimble-Batjer, an Alera Group Company, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join one of our top producing Property & Casualty teams in San Antonio, TX.

• Build and nurture executive-level client relationships
• Develop comprehensive client strategies aligned with their mission and vision
• Coordinate service delivery across teams to maximize client satisfaction
• Guide clients through products, processes, and services while managing timelines and action items
• Lead communications for major account changes and participate in progress tracking meetings
• Work collaboratively on program placement for new business and renewals
• Support Production and Service Teams during sales and renewal processes
• Resolve complex issues by providing solutions to both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and company standards
• Implement strategic tools and resources to enhance client risk management

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of customer-facing professional experience with proven success and customer service excellence
• Property & Casualty license required. Certifications preferred (CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU)
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, business operations, and strategic planning
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to travel to networking events, prospect meetings, and client locations

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
