Advisor Service Associate - Retirement Services

Alera Group is looking for a sharp, organized, and tech-savvy Advisor Service Associate to join our growing Retirement Plan Services division. This is a unique opportunity to be at the intersection of financial services, operations, and technology as you support the onboarding of newly acquired firms and provide critical day-to-day platform support to our advisors.

• Support onboarding and transitions for newly acquired retirement firms.

• Provide day-to-day advisor support for RPAG tools and investment platforms.

• Coordinate with internal teams on automation and AI-driven process improvements.

• Assist with investment reporting, data management, and due diligence tracking.

• 2+ years in financial services, retirement plan admin, or investment ops.
• Strong digital skills and experience with platforms like RPAG, Salesforce, or Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Curiosity for AI, low-code tools, and automation.

• Experience with 401(k) plans, tech rollouts, or firm onboarding workflows is a big plus!

 Salary range is $60K to $90K per year.
