Data Analyst

With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.

• Acquire, review, and analyze data from carrier/vendor portals and clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate storage of data; assist in developing new storage solutions.
• Conduct data analytics, including experience reports, utilization data, and renewal evaluations.
• Interpret data, identify trends, and present insights using visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Assist in business development through data-driven insights and reporting.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less-experienced analytics team members.
• Engage in continuous professional development.

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication, time management, organization, and independent decision-making skills.

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $60K to $67K per year.
