Operations Associate - Financial Services

This role provides client service and operational support to financial planning team.

• First point of contact to service and administer client investment accounts
• Schedule and confirm client meetings
• Support the client meeting process by preparing agendas and reports, organizing notes, and handling follow up matters
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients by gathering and organizing information
• Maintain client data in CRM and document imaging system
• Execute workflows to open and maintain accounts, move money, and other client service requests
• Various administrative projects such as running reports, maintaining logs, and entering data

• 2-3 years� experience
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Effective follow up skills and ability to meet deadlines without prompting
• Eager to learn, willing to cooperate
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and under direction
• Comfortable as a team player and doing whatever is needed, big or small

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office
