The Mechanical Engineer will provide detailed mechanical engineering with experience in multi-family planning/design. Must be self-motivated and efficient in performing all technical functions associated with Mechanical design including load calculations, layout, sizing and system integration. Expertise in Plumbing Engineering is preferred and Engineering licensure is required.
Responsibilities
  • Perform multi-family residential project design documentation reviews for third-party engineering drawings, including analysis of design and quality control review.
  • Develop a scope of work for each project that includes budgetary numbers and project goals.
  • Develop multi-family residential mechanical engineering drawings and specs and coordinate with other disciplines
Qualifications
Required Experience:
  • Proficiency in BIM (ArchiCad Preferred)
  • 5+ years' experience
  • Experience with Multi-Family residential planning/design
  • Working knowledge of .PDF software and G- Suite preferred
Required Education/Training: Mechanical Engineering Licensure

Required Skills and Abilities: Expertise in Plumbing Engineering a plus

Working Conditions: Some travel may be required
