The Mechanical Engineer will provide detailed mechanical engineering with experience in multi-family planning/design. Must be self-motivated and efficient in performing all technical functions associated with Mechanical design including load calculations, layout, sizing and system integration. Expertise in Plumbing Engineering is preferred and Engineering licensure is required. Responsibilities
