Resp & Qualifications PURPOSE: The Senior Compliance and Ethics Analyst will assist the Director of Compliance and Ethics with maintaining and improving the Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program to ensure its continuing overall effectiveness. The position will focus on integrity in all business transactions and compliance with the Code of Ethical Business Conduct, policies, and all laws and regulations that apply to CareFirst. The Senior Compliance and Ethics Analyst will utilize available software performing a variety of tasks to assist with the design, implementation, monitoring and improvement of the CareFirst Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program. The position will plan and lead the implementation of a variety of activities throughout the year to raise awareness of the importance of compliance and ethics. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 5 years knowledge of ethical, corporate compliance with demonstrated ability to apply elements of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines for organizations and experience with compliance and/or regulatory or legal programs.
