Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Controls Specialist. In this role, the successful candidate monitors and analyzes HVAC and building automation systems to ensure safe and comfortable facilities, optimized for lowest energy usage. Executes building automation system upgrades, optimization of programming, training, and troubleshooting and repairs. Provides support to the energy management program. Job Responsibilities: I . VI. General
Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a BA or Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. 5 years experience in HVAC and building automation installation and service or equivalent experience is required. HVAC and building automation systems. Knowledge of Alerton and Automated Logic Corp. systems a big plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite. Strong spreadsheet skills. Experience with working with unionized workforce Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. The salary range for the role is $73,770.80 - $100,852.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
