Location: Calmont Operations Building Department: Member Services Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Community Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic marketing and communications efforts of the Community Marketing Team at the health plan. He/she is responsible for managing the marketing activities, member retention, market share and membership goals. Includes maximizing member, provider and community participation in a systematic, comprehensive program. Additional Information: The Marketing Manager reports directly to the Director of Member Experience. He/she is responsible for overseeing the strategic marketing and communications efforts of the Marketing Team, which works to promote Cook Children's Health Plan within the community, while adhering to the promise and values of Cook Children's Health Care System.
