Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications: The Vice-President, Human Resources is responsible for providing leadership by developing and executing the human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the Clinical Pathology Division of Sonic Healthcare USA. The Vice-President, Human Resources is responsible for directing all of the people functions of the division in accordance with the policies and practices of the organization, the ethical and social consciences of business and society, and the laws and regulations of government and other regulatory authorities. The Vice President also aligns with the SVP Human Resources for Sonic Healthcare USA (SHUSA) and serves as a key member of the HR Leadership Team. The Vice-President, Human Resources is responsible for interdivisional collaboration with the corporate divisions of Sonic Healthcare USA to assist with system-wide strategic planning and policy generation. ***This is not a remote opportunity. Final candidate will be required to work onsite in Austin, TX.* Principle Responsibilities:
