Process Operator - Decatur, IL As a process operator you will be a key part of our operations team, helping to ensure the safe operation of our process through a highly automated, state-of-the-art system that produces ingredients for the food, beverage, paper, packaging, animal feed, and other industries. There is no typical day and across your work, you may be working in hot and cold temperatures or be required to climb stairs and ladders, lift and carry 55 lbs., and perform other physical duties.
