Working in the SBG, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Honeywell Accelerator - SBG Transformation Leader. This role will report to the Industrial Automation CFO with broad opportunity to develop and demonstrate process knowledge & leadership skills, while playing an instrumental role in the success of the company. We are looking for talent that has the potential to move into larger GM roles after successfully finishing this role. As the Honeywell Accelerator - SBG Transformation Leader and working closely with the Corp Honeywell Business Model Leaders where you will have ownership of leading the overall SBG Honeywell Accelerator Business model and change management deployment across all the respective GBEs. This will include supporting an overall SBG Management Operating System (MOS), which will enable standardization and digitization of both the business and functional processes to drive consistent and predictable outcomes. This will cover: • Leading the overall SBG Accelerator Change management within the SBG across all business models - projects, services, software, and products. • SBG wide Deployment and Alignment of the Accelerator Business models and Global Design Models (GDMs) in the SBG businesses • SBG wide MOS / MBR ownership to support, implementation, GDM development and Growth / NPI deployment, KPI, Policy flow down • Aligning & supporting the Corp Business model Leaders to ensure seamless implementation and alignment of each Corp business model • Building Communication and Training plans for the SBG and ensuring alignment across the SBG to the Honeywell Accelerator program and Business Models to all organizational layers • SBU/GBE Transformation Leaders will matrix report into this role. • Achieving overall Accelerator deployment adoption, maturity, and compliance for the SBG This role will be a Game Changer / Future Shaper to optimize the Accelerator journey across business models! A successful candidate must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage. Focusing on overall transformation to world-class end-to-end process, managing the Honeywell Accelerator digital architecture, driving continuous improvement activities while managing the change control process for all GDMs, and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for your respective SBG. YOU MUST HAVE • 10+ years of experience in General Management / Program management, process development, or related area • Experience being a thought leader with the ability to influence change and experience working with multiple HON GBEs and functions • Transformation Leadership experience and especially digital transformation is a big plus • Strong communication skills both writing and verbal • Proven experience on continues improvement, and understanding of Honeywell processes and workflows • Proven experience with creating and managing a strong cross functional MOS • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills • Six Sigma Black Belt / Lean Expert • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering, process optimization, project management, operations management, finance or equivalent Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
