Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges As a Finance Director - Transformation Programs at Honeywell, you will report directly to the Finance Systems Leader and oversee the finance transformation portfolio, monitor its execution, manage transformation day meetings, refine the operating system for transformation, and lead the Transformation Center of Excellence. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the overall financial performance and success of Honeywell. You will lead and support transformation initiatives, identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, and drive cost reduction efforts. Additionally, you will provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making, develop business cases for investment opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives. • 10+ years of finance experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives • Finance process knowledge in the areas of controllership, tax, treasury, internal audit, and business analysis and planning • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong leadership and influencing skills WE VALUE • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • Experience with process re-design and Lean Six Sigma • Experience in a corporate finance role supporting transformation programs • Knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion) • Strong project management skills • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and global organization • Strategic mindset and ability to think analytically • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc.
