Overview

The Digital Media Specialist will work closely with all partners and vendors to coordinate AAA Life paid media campaigns crafted to drive policy sales and conversions. This includes the detailed management of day-to-day campaign and/or partnership activities such as campaign and asset tracking and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Continually supervise paid media campaigns to ensure performance is in alignment with plan targets.
  • Find opportunities to optimize and scale existing campaigns.
  • Attend regular paid media meetings and work with partners to handle optimizations and develop test plans.
  • Setup campaign-level tracking for all digital media campaigns and email marketing efforts.
  • Monitor monthly campaign budgets and communicate to external partners to ensure adherence to plan.
  • Lead all digital media invoices, creation of purchase orders, and monthly accruals.
  • Create appropriate project timelines and documentation to ensure requirements and tight timelines are met.
  • Lead paid media geographic exclusions and ensure all paid media partners enforce to them.
  • Partner with internal resources to provide direction using a project brief for generation of ad copy, images, video, and other creative assets for paid media campaigns.
  • Research new partnerships and advertising opportunities and provide recommendations for testing.
  • Assist with contract and vendor risk process for new partnerships - NDAs, SOWs, MSAs.
  • Create and update process documentation for digital procedures.
  • Develop content for presentations highlighting key paid media performance results to present to internal and external partners.
  • Participate in AAA club calls to discuss campaign performance and collaborate with club partners.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure coordination of marketing activities (tracking, tagging, metadata, etc.).
  • Update reports with statistical and financial information for campaign analysis on an ongoing basis.
  • Seek process improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency in all aspects of this position.
  • Stay current on Digital Marketing best practices, technology platforms and industry standards. Apply knowledge to the development of our digital marketing platforms and execution of digital campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor campaigns to share insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with other special projects as requested by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of digital marketing, paid media experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, running multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organization.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform strategy.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
