ABOUT THE JOB

One of these opportunities currently available is the CFO for Research & Design (R&D) for Corporate. We are looking for this person to serve as a finance business partner to the Honeywell CTO, Suresh Venkataralayu to support driving the organic growth of Honeywell.

• Financial analysis over Honeywell R&D spending, $1.5B of spend in 2022, via coordination with SBG finance and CTO's. Ensuring governance and compliance related to Accolade, NPI Metrics, SKU mapping to NPI buckets and measurement of Revenue and Say/Do. Support of new analytics to ensure maximizing R&D spend to high return projects.

• Financial Management and Controls over Honeywell Technology Solutions (HTS) spend. Includes working with the Engineering hubs to ensure consistent application of financial controls and policy, as well as ensuring budget attainment of AOP. Requires both cost and charge-out management. Overall HTS spend is in excess of $400M, with more than 6000 engineering headcount.

• Enterprise review of R&D spend and productivity (including vendor rationalization), and footprint.

• Budgeting and planning of CORP budget.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (MBA or CPA preferred)

• 15+ years progressive finance experience with demonstrated track record in positions of increasing responsibility, including at least five (5) years' experience in leadership roles in Finance.

• Business Partnership experience with the ability to lead and influence diverse, cross-functional teams globally. • Ability to drive business decisions and execution across the business teams. • Transformational Mindset

• Ability to understand business activities with a broader view beyond finance. • Experience in a matrix organization.
