Location: Rosedale Office Building Department: Dev Info Svcs - Fundraising Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Development Database Coordinator is responsible for organizing and maintaining the donor database at Cook Children's Health Foundation. The coordinator provides reports, lists, data analytics and exports in support of fundraising efforts. The Coordinator works closely with the gift processing team, development researcher and other foundation staff, identifying needs and developing solutions to streamline operations and provide fundraising support. The coordinator manages a constituent database of approximately 130,000 records, and is responsible for the creation and maintenance of campaigns, funds, appeals, memberships and events within the database. The Database Coordinator is part of Advancement Services and is responsible for meeting information needs for all programs within Cook Children's Health Foundation (including Annual Giving, Major Gifts and Donor Relations) to ensure that solicitations, gift management and stewardship are adequately supported and expand as fundraising results increase. Maintaining accurate donor records is critical to financial reporting, donor stewardship and protecting the public trust. Qualifications:
