You will report directly to our VP for Global Engineering, and you'll work out of our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by transformations and organizational effectiveness initiatives for the Project Engineering function in partnership with the Business, HR and Financial organization. As a Transformation Project Specialist / Analyst you will be responsible to support the project activities, evaluation and analyzing data and financial modeling within Project Engineering focused but not limited to: • Footprint optimization - understanding where project engineers are located • Productivity - analyze & report contribution of the different productivity initiatives like automation • Labor SIOP - Consolidate and analyze demand, capacity, billability, and P&L impact • Develop material to be used to present status and progress on the programs and project engineering organization performance • Create skill assessment and repository system KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure projects are on or ahead of schedule • Implement and monitor project schedules • Maintain project meeting minutes and distribution • Report project progress to the Project Manager • Facilitate flow of paperwork • Develop and execute a weekly and monthly MOS of KPI based dashboards to track performance and make strategic decisions, and AI driven automation as a key driver to optimize core GPE processes by partnering with Enterprise Data Warehouse team, AI Team and GPMO and GBE Analytics team to create Digital GPE capabilities. • Own monthly reporting MOS at HON/GBE/Project level to assess project engineering health and identify Root Cause and define Corrective and Preventive Actions to address systemic gaps in People/Process/Technology/Data. • Own monthly reporting MOS at HON/GBE/Project level in support of cash flow activities • Partner with project execution council to develop a program to codify GDM for project engineering at Honeywell. • Drive an external focus by identifying and integrating world class GPE work process transformation YOU MUST HAVE •3+ years experience in Project Management •Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access and SharePoint and Power BI. •Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force, SAP, Cora, etc.). •Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation •Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities •Improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting result •Effective communication skills •Experience in project management •Business acumen WE VALUE •Demonstrated and understanding of Transformation Programs •Ability to lead and communicate financial analyses to prioritize project/business decisions. •Large population Management Experience and prior PMO experience •Experience in working in diverse projects, Matrix organization structure, with solid and dotted line reporting across global sites •Demonstrated business acumen with the leadership and functional ability to define and implement strategies •Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision. •Lead and solve organizational problems, Expertise on leading / driving change •Significant influencing and collaboration skills •Knowledge of HR, LER, HR Legal and communications processes with respect to the requirements for developing and executing organizational development and repositioning projects.
