Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges The Senior Research and Development Manager will be responsible for providing leadership to multiple R&D teams focused on our Spectra Fiber and Spectra Shield product platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple R&D projects simultaneously while ensuring a cohesive and synergistic approach to innovation. You will collaborate with other business units, marketing, sales, and external partners to align R&D efforts with business goals. You will report directly to our Sr. Director of R&D and you'll work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location.
