Summary:

This is a hybrid remote/onsite position.

As the patient voice program manager you make a difference by ensuring administration and measurement for the patient and family voice is being leveraged and optimized for Cook Children's Healthcare system. You are responsible for designing, implementing, overseeing and reporting on all patient and family surveys that assess their experiences. This job includes creating, sharing and presenting in-depth analyses of all patient metrics garnered from comprehensive audits, patient experience surveys, online reputation reviews, written or verbal compliments and complaints, and qualitative data from multiple sources.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related field required; Master's degree preferred, Public Health, Public Policy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working with patient survey, transparency and reputation management administration and data management.
  • Strong program management experience and organizational skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project outcomes.
  • Experienced in developing data reporting and visualizations.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification:
  • CPXP or to be obtained within one year required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Excellent skills in data analytics, statistical skills working with qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills required to communicate results, strategic initiatives, goals, and objectives.
  • Ability manage data from disparate sources for custom reporting to drive strategic objectives.
  • Proven knowledge of BI dashboards and integration with survey data.
  • Proficient in MS office.
