Description

As Lead Controls Systems Engineer within Honeywell Aerospace, you will join a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex control systems for the Engines and Power Systems APU business.

Engine & Power Systems develops and produces high-performance propulsion engines and auxiliary power units for air transport, business, and military customers worldwide. The business is dedicated to accelerating growth by developing and introducing new products that meet customers' needs for engines and power systems that are powerful, efficient, and easy to maintain, and by continuously improving core propulsion and Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) offerings.

You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers through a holistic organizational approach. You will have ownership of systems at every aspect of the systems life cycle, from the front end of business development through the product end of life. You will work across disciplines within the APU business to drive growth and reach critical business milestones.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of systems engineering experience in support of safety-critical aerospace development
