We are looking for a dynamic Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst "go-getter" to work with cross-functional teams to develop IA and business unit specific strategic plans, research potential acquisition targets and strategic investments, and eventually grow into quarterbacking transactions from end-to-end. This person will work on a project-by-project basis directly with the Senior Director, M&A to help formulate the business group's organic and inorganic strategies, develop ongoing relationships with companies with significant future acquisition or partnership potential.

We are looking for people who are driven, bring their best every day, highly collaborative with management consulting, M&A experience or product development backgrounds.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team with IA business unit leadership teams to understand and develop their organic and inorganic strategies and investment theses
  • Conduct market research and develop analyses of competitive landscapes
  • Screen, analyze and develop a strong business case for potential acquisitions and partnerships
  • A collaborative "team player" approach to execution and work activities
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work within a cross functional team environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong independent work ethic and self-starter
  • Proven ability to develop, communicate and generate buy-in on business strategies with key stakeholders
  • Solid quantitative background, strong communication skills and project management capabilities
  • Ability to travel 20%
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years experience in strategic analysis or management consulting
  • 3+ year experience in Finance
  • Bachelors Degree
