Honeywell is looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to be responsible for driving demand and delivering top line growth, through HCE and cross-channels. The candidate will be responsible for execution of integrated, multi-step marketing programs supporting revenue and brand goals. The candidate should bring experience with outbound marketing, particularly demand generation in a B2B, enterprise environment, for technology or software. This is a hybrid role located in Atlanta GA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute effective and results-oriented integrated marketing campaigns, such as email, direct mail, and events to build pipeline and grow the company's business
  • Execute marketing plans
  • Accountable for demand management programs across channels to drive growth and customer experience
  • Deploy and execute co-marketing programs with channels, ensuring clear objectives, measurable outcomes and demonstrated return on investment
  • Drive profitable growth through effective Demand Generation campaigns and customer experience enhancements.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure go-to-market messaging and content align to required needs for marketing campaigns
  • Partner with Digital Marketing leadership to ensure campaign plans ladder and align to Honeywell and HCE marketing campaign plans
  • Consult across the Connected businesses on effective strategies for generating customer demand, aligned to customer buying behaviors and the individual business go-to-market models
  • Manage projects within allocated budget; provide accurate and timely forecasts of spending

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience executing marketing programs
  • Ability to understand how strategic objectives translate into market-specific campaigns and tactics

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in working in building technology or with software company
  • Project management experience
