Seasonal Instructor - Teach Minnesota Roseville, Minnesota TNTP seeks Seasonal Instructors for Teach Minnesota. This position is based in Roseville and is available from April 2024 for evening training with longer daytime hours beginning in June. What You'll Do Seasonal Instructors lead skill-building sessions focused on building content knowledge and pedagogy, ensuring Fellows have high-quality opportunities to both learn and practice the skills. In addition, Instructors design and facilitate sessions that support Fellows' ability to plan and execute instruction. Specific responsibilities include:

What We Offer Instructors will be compensated in the range of $24-$32 per hour based on experience. TNTP offers a motivated team of dynamic colleagues, a collegial atmosphere that values professional development and valuable feedback, and the chance to impact the direction of a growing, mission-driven company that is committed to the success of our nation's children. We also offer an inclusive environment where staff are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work each day. Time Commitment Instructors can expect 20-30 hours of training total in the spring over the course of several weeks.
