Location: Rosedale Office Building Department: Donor Relations - Fundraising Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Donor Relations Associate will assist with data entry, auditing and management of donor recognition for Cook Children's Health Foundation. This includes maintenance of all naming recognition and available opportunities in the donor recognition software and the Foundation's Raiser's Edge database. Additionally, this position will provide clerical assistance and support of all donor relations initiatives. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse constituencies, meet deadlines, be self-motivated and work independently. This position requires a high rate of accuracy and attention to detail. Must possess exceptional computer literacy skills. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in working with a wide range of colleagues, including directors of philanthropy, leadership teams, marketing, communications, gift processing and volunteers. Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to establish priorities are essential.
