The Website UX Analyst supports our website functionality from a business perspective. The position is responsible for identifying, reporting, researching, and resolving defects as it relates to the website. The position will also play a pivotal role in the monthly tech release by collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating changes with internal stakeholders.

Essential Functions for this role include:
  • Knowledge of end-to-end retirement plan record-keeping processes and how such processes are incorporated on our website while being mindful of the user experience for our participants and plan sponsors
  • Work in partnership with internal stakeholders and MissionSquare's strategic partner to identify, report, and resolve website defects and issues
  • Conduct usability testing and regression testing of website enhancements and fixes
  • Identify process inefficiencies and gaps, identify potential solutions, and track issues to resolution
  • Represent the business and participate in all aspects that relate to the monthly release.
  • Other duties as assigned.
If you have the following skills, we encourage you to apply:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years of experience
  • Retirement plans record-keeping experience in a client-focused environment
  • Retirement Plans record-keeping experience
  • Ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make data-based decisions
  • User acceptance testing
  • Experience with record keeping administration on the TRAC platform
  • Ability to map business processes and visualize information for stakeholders
  • Ability to query (SQL) and analyze data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, XLS, PPT)
