The Commercial Finance team performs a critical role in supporting our commercial strategy across Product Licensing, Post-LPL execution, M&A and portfolio shaping. As a Commercial Finance M&A Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of acquisition and divestiture transactions for the promotion of Honeywell's growth objectives. This role will be required to work extensively with cross-functional teams in the execution of their duties. They will provide M&A guidance and process leadership to the business and have relevant contact with the SBU/GBE leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
