Responsibilities:
  • Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Customer & Product Support projects and the Sorter
  • Rebuild Team. You will serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
  • You will review status of projects and budgets and will support schedules and prepare status reports. You will discover
  • project issues, and deploy resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will monitor project progress, and problem solve with project managers, line managers, and customers.

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • High school diploma

WE VALUE:
  • A knowledge of principles and best practices in (customer service)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
  • Good team and communication skills
  • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
