RESPONSIBILITIES This position has the primary responsibility for supporting Account Manager and Account Executives in retention of existing accounts. Provides prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts and internal colleagues also supporting those accounts. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
QUALIFICATIONS Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in financial services or benefit services related position is required.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills required, including use of Client Relationship Management (CRM) database and all tools within the Microsoft365 Office Suite (Forms, Word, Planner, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
