Description | |
Achieve the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will be responsible for providing post-sales service and support to our Dealer, Partner Channels and End-User Customers. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development. You will lead cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. Maintain high level knowledge of Honeywell's Building Automation systems hardware and software platforms. You will act as an escalation point for Service Engineers, Technical Support, and other stakeholders. Support other engineers in troubleshooting. Applicants must be willing to travel 75% of the time across the following territory: Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia. Key Responsibilities
