OVERVIEW Relph Benefit Advisors, an Alera Group Company is seeking a COBRA Administrator to join their team! The COBRA Administrator has both internal and external responsibilities, including but not limited to, handling day to day COBRA processes, serving as a customer service contact for COBRA participants, and being a point of contact for our clients. This position may be responsible for loading member data to system, updating carrier enrollment, preparing and processing COBRA events and Initial notices, reconciling payments and discrepancies, analyzing reports and handling escalated issues. This position must maintain current knowledge of ever-changing COBRA regulations to ensure compliance and stay informed of all vendor changes and updates. Position will also lead or participate in various projects, assist third party workflows, and disseminate information to internal departments.
