SUMMARY
We continue to expand our Call Center Sales team and looking for driven inside sales professionals with a strong commitment to help individuals and families with their Health and Life insurance needs. In this role, you will use exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and match them with the right insurance policy. Our agents focus on solution selling to identify customer’s needs to align them to a wide array of competitive products while leveraging top of the market technologies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle primarily inbound calls from our marketing lead sources
  • Through a solution sales approach, create and present health insurance packages to customers to best meet their needs
  • Suggest modifications and updates to customer’s existing insurance policies
  • Lead nurturing through outbound calling efforts
  • Maintain conversion and ancillary attachment metrics standards
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Meet department attendance requirements, including being prompt and available during scheduled shift
  • Perform similar job-related duties and projects as assigned
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 – 3 years of Call Center & Sales experience – Required
  • Experience in Under 65 – Health, Dental, Vision ancillary sales – Preferred
  • Experience using proficient Spanish and English in a professional capacity – Required
  • Results oriented, motivated individual with a focus on achieving sales success
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, sales and time management skills
  • Above average communication skills in both English and Spanish to represent the company professionally and communicate effectively with potential customers
  • Ability to identify and contact prospective customers
  • Ability to meet sales quotas and compliance standards by following sales call-flows and reading required disclosures
  • Ability to navigate software applications in conjunction with a solution selling approach
  • Strong Experience, Knowledge and Ability to use a PC to perform daily duties – Required
  • Coachability – Open to receiving feedback and eager to explore new ideas or concepts
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Email, and Instant Message programs
  • Ability to work with limited supervision following procedural guidelines
  • Comfortable with flexible work schedules, especially during the OEP period.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • None

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION

  • Life and Health Insurance license – Required upon hire; to be retained throughout employment
  • FFM Certification – Ability to obtain once hired and renewed annually as required.
  • Ability to be appointed as needed with various carriers per business need.
