In this internship, you will have the opportunity to be part of the Consumer Operations Initiatives and Solutions team and the Sales Controls and Enablement team.

The Consumer Operations Initiatives and Solutions team is responsible for ensuring that the frontline associates and customers are supported through project management and readiness. Throughout this internship you will have the opportunity to be mentored and learn the steps of a project from beginning to end that ensure frontline associate and customer experience is executed with excellence.

The Sales Controls and Enablement team is the central point of contact for strategic plans and tactical solutions within the scope of retail cash, inventory, and showroom operations, contract administration, and frontline policies/procedures. Additionally, the team is responsible for the strategy, development, delivery, and evolution of the enablement tools and programs that enhance frontline execution of sales results. Throughout this internship opportunity you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn various aspects of operations and project management
  • Learn how to work in the remote environment
  • Support or lead small initiatives and observe medium size projects
  • Research continuous improvement opportunities
  • Enhance and/or create training content and process documentation
  • Maintain and monitor performance and compliance reporting related to established internal and external platforms, tools, vendors, and processes
  • Support frontline questions and requests
