Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity. Honeywell is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Representative for our Honeywell Building Management Solutions (BMS) business in North America.

As Senior Demand Generation Representative for PLC Automation, you have a key role in BMS' growth potential by developing and leading the go-to-market strategy for the PLC building automation offering. While Honeywell's Saia Burgess Controls offering has been sold in Europe for several years, it is new to the North American market. You will build the channel for this offering and lead demand generation initiatives to meet growth targets individually, in collaboration with the broader commercial team and through channel partners.

You will report directly to the BMS Americas Director of Business Development and work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives as well as Offering Management and Customer Marketing teams to develop and implement a commercialization plan that drives expected results. You will be an integral player in building and strengthening a quality scalable demand generation framework focused on the acquisition of new projects and targeted pursuits for Saia Burgess Controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead commercialization strategy for PLC automation

• Build and manage go-to-market channel for PLC automation

• Develop internal and external partnerships to formulate and drive PLC automation value proposition

• Develop C-level relationships with key end users with critical applications the demand 100% automation uptime and drive demand opportunities with these accounts

• Develop understanding of Saia Burgess Controls offering

• Undertake training for broader sales team on selling PLC automation solutions

• Identify portfolio gaps and latest market technology trends on PLC automation

YOU MUST HAVE

• 7+ years sales or demand generation experience

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint, Word and Excel

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience in building automation industry, especially with PLC automation/controls

• Proven track record of driving demand for technical offerings, especially PLC automation/controls

• Experience in driving growth of new products/offerings within an organization

• Experience in building a new channel to market (e.g. distribution channel, dealer network)

• Demonstrated ability to think analytically, strategically and creatively

• Ability to execute and effectively drive results

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with various groups of stakeholders / audiences and lead through influence

• High sense of urgency and goal orientation (thrives in fast paced environment)
